sound foundation on Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES),
deliberate planning process, crisis action planning, and information
security.

as a project manager for plans and operations sections at varying levels of
USMC command. Planned, scheduled, and executed projects as small as a few
days to as long as a few years. Developed a reputation for efficiency and
